The chief mechanic of a cosmetics production plant contacted us with a request to reduce the number of spoilage on the line.
Solution
We went to see the production and inspected the plastic containers production line. A PVC conveyor belt with cross-sections was installed on it. These profiles did not have any reinforcement and over time they began to break off and enter the raw materials. It caused the spoilage.

We suggested installing a belt with reinforced profiles, which are made of a thicker belt and have a reinforced cord in their structure.
Result
Such reinforcement excludes profile breakage and their falling into raw materials.
We selected a more advantageous coating

A client asked for a shaft coating on which the product was wound and complained that the coating wears out quickly and is also expensive.
Solution
We asked questions and found out that the shaft is lined with a gum rubber coating. And this coating is really unsuitable for daily use and wears out quickly.

We suggested replacing the rubber coating with a special PVC belt with a GP structure.
Result
In practice, this solution turned out to be much more cost effective and more durable in operation.

We were contacted by a poultry farm, which in the production process faced problems with a conveyor belt: high material absorbency, difficulty in cleaning, rapid wear as a result of constant use of detergents.
Solution
We investigated the issue and found out that the installed conveyor belt was ... textile. When the conveyor was created, this nuance was simply not taken into account.

We offered to install a plastic modular belt, it is easy to clean and its material is resistant to processing with reagents.
Result
The poultry farm has implemented our proposal and has been successfully using this technical solution for 5 years.

We improved the product appearance

The client came to us with the problem: the line along which the white washing powder was transported was equipped with a red PVC belt. As a result of interaction with the powder, the belt began to crumble, and red particles of this belt entered the finished product.
Solution
We proposed a simple and inexpensive solution - to set a white PVC belt with similar properties. Even though the solution is obvious for some reason it was ignored both by the company itself and by previous suppliers for several years.
Result
It solved the problem, improved the appearance of the product without retooling the line. The company has been using this technical solution for 10 years.

Equipped a 1.5 km long conveyor

A mining and processing plant asked us to find a variant of a conveyor connection in order to build an overland conveyor with a length of 1.5 km, which is 3 km of belt linen.
Solution
We visited the plant to see the conveyor and suggested a Vulcan butt joint.
Result
The plant has been using the chosen solution for more than a year and during this time they haven't had any incident.
